It has been a successful year for Charmaine Sheh. Earlier she has been a guest at Pacific Place for a Christmas event. She revealed, on January 1st, just from attending three functions, she’ll earn a seven-figure sum. She hopes to treat herself with the money.

Talking about her Christmas wish, Charmaine wishes to meet a guy that can celebrate Christmas with her. When asked if Kevin Cheng is the perfect guy? She answers that he is a good guy, we’re still friends, but you never know!

Since the news, Charmaine’s work didn’t get affected bu the rumours. Instead, during Christmas and New Year, she has lots of work. Recently, she was a guest for Pacific Place, not only did she get paid, she even fulfilled her wish of dancing in a musical box when she was young.

[Sophia // Tvbfannews: Bet you've all known the results already... haha. I was too lazy to update at all. Anyways. The ones in red is the one I've guessed would win, and wanted for them to win. Lemme talk about it. Ek-hem, okay. Best actor award was okay, I sort of guessed that Ha Yu would win, although I really wanted Raymond to win! Oh well, there's always a next year. Best actress Michelle Yim. Yeah, she deserved it. Yay Tavia, she got best supporting actress! Very happy for her. Most favourite female was given to Louise Lee. I sort of feel bad about that... Cuz Susanna Kwan didn't even get any awards! I think that Susanna should've gotten it, rather than Louise... Wong Cho Lam got most improved male. Haha did you hear the thank yous he gave? It was funny how he also thanked the cleaning staff xD. Haha, and Super Trio didn't get any awards this year, and also On The Road. Quite, quite, surprising. Raymond Lam got two awards, favourite male character and the blog one. Quite sad, actually. Just another way of saying he won't get best act0r. I still had hope for him, but when you saw him got the second award, you can see him just thinking, oh damn. Lol. I wanted Charmaine Sheh to get an award this year! I was surprised that she didn't even get to the top 5 for best actress! Okay, even if her chance to get best actress this year is very littttlllleeee, doesn't mean that she can't even get to top 5! Argh. It was quite funny how Myolie Wu got the fashion award :). She dressed like a man! Brave. Wow looking back, I've written quite a lot. You don't have to read it if you don't wanna. My favourite shows are Off Pedder and When Easterly Showers Fall On The Sunny West. Seriously they should make the title shorter, it's a mouthfull.

萬千星輝頒獎典禮 2008! // 41st Anniversary Awards!

It's the time of the year again...! This year, "Moonlight Resonance" is competing for 18 awards. Woow. I said that I would put up the listings, and I am now. Remember they are my opinions, please don't get mad. Okay, here they are...

Best Actor:

1. Kenneth Ma (M.K. Sun) = Survivors Law II ~ Him? I mean, yes, I'm a fan of him, but I just don't think he's ready for this award.
2. Roger Kwok (于子朗) = D.I.E. ~ Yeah, I think he did a good job. The series had high ratings too.
3. Damian Lau (Jack) = Catch Me Now ~ I didn't watch, so I have no idea. But heard people say it was good.
4. Frankie Lam (Dr.Koo) = Forensic Heroes II ~ He wasn't really special in FRII as Kevin Cheng (Ivan). He's good though, just not the best.
5. Michael Miu (Mike) = Love Exchange ~ I enjoyed this series, and his character. But best actor? Uh.
6. Ha Yu (Jo Bao) = Moonlight Resonance ~ Yes, I know, everyone thinks he should get it, but I just don't think his performance was really really good. But I still think he did a good job.
7. Moses Chan (Ah Ka) = Moonlight Resonance ~ He did a great job as Ah Ka. Very funny! I like his "Foo Dell Dell" gold sentence. Hehehe. And plus I'm a fan of him. So double ha.
8. Raymond Lam (Goon Ga Zai) = Moonlight Resonance ~ He is having a BIG chance for winning this. He has loads of fans, plus is getting promoted like crazy. Et I'm a fan. He deserves it! Although maybe he's a bit young. But... GO GOON GA ZAI!
9. Bobby AuYeung (K.C. Pang) = Your Class Or Mine ~ I'm sort of a fan of Bobby, but, uh. First of all, "Your Class Or Mine" was really boring, no offence. His character was... Oh, I don't know. But it just isn't as good as the other ones that I chose.
10. Kevin Cheng (張承希) = Last One Standing ~ I think he was pretty okay. Not like really good, but. He has a chance. His shouting and stuff at the first episode was good.

Best Actress:

1. Liza Wang (Ophelia) = War Of In-Laws II ~ She really made me laugh. Hahaha. I support her! Go Ophelia, go O Ze, go Gor See Lai!
2. Soniya Kwok (刑晶晶) = D.I.E. ~ I remembered I enjoyed her acting. But it's sort of a while since I watched it... so I can't really remember her acting. But I think she's okay. Not a big chance though...
3. Linda Chung (施嘉嘉) = A Journey Called Life ~ I only watched the first episode. No offense but I thought it was boring. Not that I am a fan of Linda Chung anyway =P.
4. Nancy Sit (賽小蝶) = The Silver Chamber of Sorrows ~ Friends told me this series was boring. Plus I didn't watch it anyway. So no idea...
5. Charmaine Sheh (Bell Ma) = Forensic Heroes II ~ YES, YES, and YESSS! I am a huge fan of her, plus I think that her as Bell was really good. Go, Charmaine, go!
6. Kate Tsui (Tong Tong) = Speech Of Silence ~ I loved Speech of Silence, I love Kate Tsui, and I loved Tong Tong. She's so sweet. But for Best Actress... not yet.
7. Louise Lee (Hor Ma) = Moonlight Resonanace ~ Yes, I know her acting is super. But she got it last year for "Heart Of Greed" already so I think she should give the others a chance :).
8. Susanna Kwan (Sa Yi) = Moonlight Resonance ~ I liked it. Cute, evil, at the same time.
9. Michelle Yim (Ah Hong) = Moonlight Resonance ~ SO EVIL. Great villain! Even her fingers are evil (from one of the episode when she was mad, she was bending her fingers), lol xD.
10. Sheren Tang (A Sun) = Your Class Or Mine ~ Like I mentioned about Bobby. This show was boring. It sucks that they used good people like Bobby and Sheren in this series.

Best Supporting Actor:

1. Tsui Wing (Tony Kao) = Best Selling Secrets ~ I didn't really watch this series.
2. Stephen Au (David Mo) = Best Selling Secrets ~ I didn't really watch this series.
3. Derek Kwok (CC Wong) = War Of In Laws II ~ I loved this series! CC is really funny! And also Coco. Haha.
4. Wayne Lai (戴從文) = The Gentle Crackdown II ~ Didn't watch it.
5. Paul Chun (高守) = Wasabi Mon Amour ~ I only watched a bit, therefore I don't know.
6. Kenneth Ma (米豐年) = The Master Of Tai Chi ~ Didn't watch. Again =/.
7. Johnson Lee (Ben Tam) = Catch Me Now ~ I DIDN'T WATCH! God I am tired of writing that.
8. Chow Chung (Grandpa) = Moonlight Resonance ~ Finally. I watched this series, lol. Yes, he's a great grandpa. Love his gold sentence of hitting Susanna Kwan with a spoon xD.
9. Oscar Leung (陳力奔) = Your Class Of Mine ~ I don't like Your Class Of Mine.
10. Him Law (樊沛冬) = Your Class Of Mine ~ Don't like Your Class Or Mine.

Best Supporting Actress:

1. Joyce Tang (Coco) = War Of In Laws II ~ Haha she was funny, with her partner CC.
2. Bernice Liu (Ally) = Wasabi Mon Amour ~ Didn't watch.
3. Sharon Chan (江翹) = Catch Me Now ~ Didn't watch.
4. Nancy Wu (夏霏霏) = The Silver Chamber Of Sorrows ~ Didn't watch.
5. Claire Yiu (娜姐) = Speech Of Silence ~ Her performance was okay... not that good though.
6. Crystal Tin (Jackie) = Love Exchange ~ Yeah, she was quite good. But not as good as the next person...
7. Tavia Yeung (Lor Lui) = Moonlight Resonance ~ Definitely! She was so good!
8. Fala Chen (Wing) = Moonlight Resonance ~ She was sooo good doing the handsigns and stuff, being an "Ah Lui". Go Fala!
9. Kate Tsui (Camie) = Moonlight Resonance ~ Evil. She was okay, can have more improvements.
10. Heung Kam Lee (Mama) = Moonlight Resonance ~ Yes, (almost) everyone thinks that Ma Ma is really good and all, but I just don't think it's as good.

7. Raymond Lam (Goon Ga Zai) = Moonlight Resonance ~ I WILL SUPPORT YOU RAYMOND.
8. Sunny Chan (晏喜) = Legend Of The Demigods ~ I didn't watch the whole thing of this series. But, I did see Sunny in it, of course. I think he is okay, but not for the award...
9. Ron Ng (冷血) = The Four ~ I seriously loved his character, although he's sort of quiet, so...
10. Kevin Cheng (張承希) = Last One Standing ~ I enjoyed his acting, just not as good as the others above...

Favourite Female Character:

1. Charmaine Sheh (納蘭菁菁) = World Twisters' Adventures ~ I support Charmaine in anything, even though I've only watched this series for once =P.
2. Liza Wang (Ophelia) = War Of In-Laws II ~ Hehe gooo Gor See Lai!
3. Myolie Wu (阿蚊) = War Of In-Laws II ~ I'm okay with her acting, her character was good (I think), but it's been awhile, I've forgotten a bit of her acting there. Ooooops.
4. Kitty Yuen (小宜) = D.I.E. ~ She was quite cute. But seriously, she shouldn't be here, cuz her acting just... isn't... umm... err.
5. Christine Ng (程秀杏) = The Silver Chamber Of Sorrow ~ Didn't watch.
6. Kiki Sheung (蔣如珠) = The Money Maker Recipe ~ Dint watch.
7. Louise Lee (Hor Ma) = Moonlight Resonance ~ Yay Hor Ma!
8. Susanna Kwan (Sa Yi) = Moonlight Resonance ~ Woot Sa Yi!
9. Fala Chen (Ah Hing) = Moonlight Resonance ~ She was so good, not being able to talk and stuff.
10. Linda Chung (蘇彩芝) = Legend Of The Demigods ~ Like I said, not a big fan of her.

Most Improved Actor:

1. Wong Cho Lam ~ He's real funny. I enjoy seeing him in Best Selling Secrets, Super Trio, and any show that he is in.
2. Johnson Lee ~ Don't really know him. Saw him in a few series in TVB before though.
3. Tsui Wing ~ Um... I think he's boring. Lol.
4. Derek Kok ~ Okay. He's okay. Not that good in my opinion though. But I enjoy his acting.
5. Oscar Leung ~ Seriously, his acting is terrible. Sorry to his fans. He needs much more improvement.

Most Improved Actress:

1. Selena Li ~ YES YES YES I really am starting to like her. The more I see her the more I like her.
2. Nancy Wu ~ I don't know what to say about her. Ahaha.
3. Toby Leung ~ The first and only time I saw her acting was in The Drive Of Life. Lol. She was annoying in Drive Of Life, no offence.
4. Sharon Chan ~ I didn't watch a lot of her scenes in series, so know nothing about her.
5. Tavia Yeung ~ Of course, I think she is good and all. But hasn't she already got this award before?

Best Show Presenters:

I'm not gonna list them all out. I'll just say that my choices are Super Trio and So Good.

Best Series:

Because I can't capture the images all at the same time so it's two images. I'm also not gonna list out all the shows or it'll take ages. Anyways here are my choices, I'm choosing the best of the best: D.I.E., Forensic Heroes II, and of course, Moonlight Resonance.

Best Show:

I like Living Up and Super Trio the most.
